At Downrightdelicious, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
